I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals (football and basketball only). Our training sessions can take place at your home, a local gym or in an outdoor space such as a park or field – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany our sports based training sessions, I’ll be designing you a customized package to help your overall body function as an athlete as well so not only your game improves but you improve as an athlete as well .
